Problem while creating VoipYo Id?
I have come across a lot of queries that many of VoipYo users are not able to register properly.
This is because we forget one critical step while registering. As we all know that VoipYo for the time being is can only be setup on mobile. Friends after seeing that many of the my readers are facing problems with registering at VoipYo, I myself went to experiment in some phones, one thing in common i found that we have to download the VoipYo mobile app from the device itself, go to the browser of your phone and click on the latest mobile VoipYo icon. The free mobile Voip download should start installation immediately, at first you may get "Version Not Compatible" with this phone (Mostly found these errors on Nokia S60 v3 phones like E72, E71 and the likes. Don't get alarmed by that just install it .
You will be prompted for further six installation packages and install them all. Your mobile should show the latest mobileVoip application version 2.
Don't forget to give a valid email id that you have to verify to start using the account. It is only when you verify the account that it can take credits and use it for calling. Don't buy credits before verifying the account on the PC.
Installation steps for Samsung Smartphones
There is no troubles found on Samsung phones and installation is very easy. Go to the website from your mobile browser and start the download, once you have the installation done, choose new user and go to the VoIP provider to VoipYo and register yourself. Don't forget to register with the valid email and verify as I have stated above.
